When creating artwork (designs) for us to print, you must prepare your files according to our specifications. Failure to do so may result in unprintable or low-quality files, lost time or missed deadlines, and possible Working Fees or Rush Fees.
To save you time, we've created several ready-to-use template documents in most popular formats.
If you are creating your own artwork (designs) for us to print, please download these templates. These packages include file layouts for Photoshop, Illustrator, and QuarkXPress.
You can either provide us with transparencies or high-resolution digital files. We accept most standard discs in PC and Mac formats: CD-ROM, DVD-ROM and USB Key.
Please assemble your documents in QuarkXPress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign and save your images in CMYK format as Photoshop/Illustrator (.PSD & .AI), TIFF or EPS files. For FTP or email submissions, we accept .sit and .zip compressed files. All files should be setup at a final resolution of 100 DPI at full size.
Always include the original layered files along with the flattened files.

All frames and accessories carry a manufacturer's warranty against any defects in materials or workmanship. Any defective parts can be returned or replaced within 60 days of purchase.
All fabrics carry an unconditional guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer against fading as follows:
· Indoor Fabrics - 1 year warranty
· Outdoor Fabrics - 5 month warranty
All fabrics are fire retardant. For more information about Fire Safety Ratings, please see below.
The fabric will be replaced without cost should any fading occur. The customer is responsible for proper handling and care of the product. Cleaning of the fabric is not covered under warranty. Laundry stain removers are recommended if the product should become soiled. If laundry stain removers are unavailable, contact the manufacturer for further cleaning recommendations.

The material used for FabricMurals, QuickStands, and table cloths is style # 202489FR-26 (100% polyester). The FR-26 in the number means that the fabric is fire retardant and passes the following tests:
· NFPA 701 small scale
· California Technical Bulletin 117
